Primary Active Futures was created out of a strong passion, a shared vision and a ceaseless commitment to making learning sports easy and accessible. Since opening in 2010, we’ve had the opportunity to help countless students acquire foundational skills, develop new techniques and confidently move forward in their learning journey.
Known as the best sports academy in the South East area, we provide a wide range of sessions to support children from all backgrounds and levels.

Our History
Back in 2010, we started out solely as a football coaching academy but through the needs of many schools in the surrounding area, we have branched out to multi-sports activities in schools. We strive to be inclusive and involved in developing the next generation by engaging in a number of sporting activities. We help the fledging stars of the future to lead a healthy lifestyle and help them learn life skills and discipline along the way.
Our Mission
We want to enable children of all abilities to learn in a positive environment which will help them go on to be motivated, participate and achieve. Our programmes are specially designed to help nurture and develop children’s skills and talents. This is done through technical, skill and match-related practices, but most importantly is a place where children can come, have fun, learn and meet new friends along the way.
Our Coaching Staff
Our coaches and staff have been hand-picked, having a vast knowledge and passion for PKA. All of our staff have up to date qualifications and DBS checks. We strive to maintain the highest standards of delivery in every aspect of our coaching sessions to ensure that every child’s needs are catered for. We ensure that all of our staff members are up to standard in all areas of business.
Our Services
Our services include in-school PE support, after-school clubs, holiday camps, and tailored PE programmes designed to promote confidence, teamwork, and lifelong fitness. Led by qualified coaches, we create inclusive, fun, and development-focused experiences that support both physical and mental well-being for every child.

Starting the company back in 2007 when it was then Pro Kickers Academy, Jack has been strongly involved in all aspects of PAF. From coaching to the marketing and funding, Jack works hard to keep Primary Active Futures at the highest standard it always has been.

Richard Gurney
Senior Coach
Richard started coaching with Primary Active Futures whilst studying at Greenwich University in 2016. This gave him the opportunity to develop as a coach and teacher by developing skills in a range of schools in sports from football all the way to dance.
